The delicious and luxurious product comes from a sturgeon aged around 14 years old.

When you open the tin, you will see eggs of 3+ mm wide with reflections of a beautiful jade colour.

The Oscietra, a sensory masterpiece reminiscent of a premier cru. Its complexity unfolds with notes of earthy mushrooms, creamy butter, toasted hazelnuts, and the subtle richness of brie. Each bite introduces large, green pearls that gracefully dance on your palate, a symphony crafted to satisfy the most discerning caviar connoisseurs.

It is often called feminine caviar for its delicacy, and is appreciated with fine sparkling wines.

We are a family company with many years of breeding traditions. Our passion for fish began decades ago and it was started by Antoni Łakomiak. The name Antonius Caviar comes from his name. This way the company’s employees wished to pay tribute to his contribution to the development of the company. His children followed in their father’s footsteps, working out the best practices of the world’s aquaculture. Entire multi-generational families work with us.
